Investment Criteria
PREF pursues well-located, high-quality, income-producing commercial properties with solid real estate fundamentals and the opportunity to increase revenue flow and create value.     

Geographic Location:  Metropolitan Atlanta and surrounding cities.  Our familiarity with these markets and our relationships with local real estate professionals enable us to capitalize on the best opportunities.

Markets:  Close proximity to emerging city centers and densifying areas.

Deal Size:  $1 -10 million

Property Types:  Retail, multi-family, office and warehouse (single and multi-tenant).

Financial:  Current cash flow required with a minimum cap rate of 7% unless significant upside potential.  Non-credit tenants and short lease terms acceptable.
